Sin

Sin is accumulated as you kill innocent Characters in the world. As your Sin rises, certain actions will be affected, for example the Shrine Handmaid will charge more Souls for items when you have Sin.

To remove Sin, visit the Statue of Velka in the Undead Settlement, or the Purging Monument in The Ringed City.
