• Firelink Shrine - Andre can be found after Iudex Gundyr, down the hall from the shrine handmaiden, directly in line with the bonfire.

General Information

Andre can reinforce your Estus Flasks with Estus Flasks Shards.

Andre can upgrade your weapons up to the maximum level, given the souls and materials.

Andre can infuse many weapons with attributes, both physical and elemental, given the souls and the right gems.

Andre can repair any items that have broken.

In the Dark Firelink Shrine, in the Untended Graves, you can find the hammer he is using the forge as a weapon.

Andre the Blacksmith was a character from Dark Souls, wherein he would also upgrade and repair your weapons. Initially, he could not infuse weapons other than to give them Raw, but embers could be found that would allow him to infuse weapons with effect such as lightning or to further ascend the weapons to their +6 and +11 versions.
