Notes
- Bosses gain a chance to drop an additional Primordial Fragment in each new game cycle, up to NG+3.
- Boss, no hit, and curse drops are only after the first kill. It is required to use their respective Tomes to revive the boss and enable the drops for subsequent kills.
- Item Discovery does not affect the drop rate of this item.
