Lore

Breaks bones easily and can be used to blungeon in a pinch.

Thrust out the wheel and give it a good spin, bludgeoning enemies with its weight. Imbues the spinner with a sense of overwhelming strength for 15 seconds, but harms them in the process. Effect duration can be extended.
